The innovative development project Elastomereg, which focused on developing a new generation of TPV with self-healing capability, allowed Cabopol to position itself at the forefront of TPV polymer development.

This pioneering project increases the service life of TPVs compared to conventional TPVs, thanks to their self-healing capacity that prevents crack propagation when damaged, while also providing high thermal resistance when exposed to extreme temperatures, as well as resistance to chemical agents.

This innovative project enabled Cabopol to continue acquiring new technical knowledge and skills, contributing immensely to the company’s growth and consolidation as a significant player in the international polymer compounds sector.
