par quatre entit\u00e9s en consortium (MPTooL, INEGI, Cadflow et Cabopol), le projet ReCAP vise le d\u00e9veloppement et la production de composants a\u00e9ronautiques en composites \u00e0 matrice thermoplastique renforc\u00e9e par des fibres de carbone, en valorisant au maximum les \u00ab d\u00e9chets industriels \u00bb et en r\u00e9duisant le recours aux mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res vierges.<br><br>Le projet ReCAP a pour objectif de r\u00e9duire le poids et le co\u00fbt associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la fabrication de composants a\u00e9ronautiques, en mettant en \u0153uvre un plan d&#8217;action innovant bas\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable (avec pour objectif le \u00ab z\u00e9ro d\u00e9chet \u00bb) et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 (gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation de technologies \u00e0 haut rendement de production).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le projet entend d\u00e9velopper des technologies pertinentes pour le secteur a\u00e9ronautique, en parfaite ad\u00e9quation avec les principales lignes d\u2019innovation et de recherche du programme Clean Sky 2, et selon une vision strat\u00e9gique fond\u00e9e sur la modernisation des mod\u00e8les industriels vers une \u00e9conomie plus circulaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sultat final, le projet pr\u00e9sentera quatre prototypes a\u00e9ronautiques primaires et\/ou secondaires comme d\u00e9monstrateurs des technologies mises en \u0153uvre \u2013 thermoformage avec surmoulage, moulage par compression avec fibre longue utilisant une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re 100 % recycl\u00e9e, injection de plastique renforc\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8re 100 % recycl\u00e9e, et soudage in-situ de composites \u00e0 matrice thermoplastique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits finaux devraient offrir une valeur ajout\u00e9e et une visibilit\u00e9 accrues au consortium, servant de d\u00e9monstrateurs de ses comp\u00e9tences et permettant un fort positionnement sur les march\u00e9s national et international, avec pour principaux avantages comp\u00e9titifs leur caract\u00e8re innovant, diff\u00e9renciateur et \u00e9cologiquement durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
